Capability in Action

Redesigning ways of working during organisational change

THE SITUATION

A regional leadership team was managing rapid growth alongside a global reorganisation. Structures and decision-making had changed, but the local organisation needed a clearer way to work across functions, maintain momentum and build a more empowered culture.

WHAT WE DID

• Used focus groups, leadership roundtables and employee surveys to identify the points of friction and their underlying causes.

• Applied an employee value proposition lens to understand where culture, morale and operating rhythms were under strain.

• Translated the findings into clearer governance, communication and accountability frameworks.

• Provided project management support to align stakeholders and sustain delivery.

• Established survey benchmarks and feedback loops to measure whether the changes were taking hold.

WHAT CHANGED

The work gave leadership a clearer view of the issues affecting culture, team dynamics and decision-making. It created the foundation for more local ownership, more deliberate accountability and a more consistent way of working through change.
